Little Cottage Co. has developed a cape cod playhouse kit in a standard form which is easy to stock. Our kits come pre primed, without shingles and dripedge for ease of inventory color issues. The customer builds their own floor. These are all items which the customer can purchase at a local home improvement store. This makes them even more practical for storage after the kids grow up. They are also ideal for areas which are not permitted to have sheds.
