Balboa Circuit Board 54385 03, fits the VS511SZ spa controller by Balboa, with chip number VS511SZR2. Balboa circuit board 54385 replaces 59 138 1685, 33 0033A K, 33 54385 K, and fits the 55053 03 Balboa spa pack. This rather large PCB measures 11 x 5, and operates pump 1, pump 2, ozone and lighting circuits. Spa circuit boards should not be ordered by size or appearance, but only by matching the chip number andor the manufacturer part number. Many circuits boards look alike, but are incompatible with circuit boards or topside controls. Feel free to give our helpful spa techs a call for help buying the correct spa pack circuit board. Balboa Circuit Boards are shipped in sealed plastic. Once the sticker is broken, the circuit board is neither returnable nor exchangeable, due to the sensitive and fragile nature of printed circuit boards.
