First, he has on a light blue dress shirt with black tie. Over that, he is wearing an elaborate navy blue suit complete with pockets and gold buttons. The patch on his coat has his name, Officer M. Strong embroidered on it. He also has another patch embroidered on the arm of his coat that says, Police Department, City of America on it.Simply insert your hand into the slot in the puppet's back to operate the mouth.Also, included is one arm rod which can be clipped to either hand for movement.
