Tasting Notes Another lovely, deeply filled Pinot Noir from Blue Farm’s Anne Katherina Vineyard, and, like its partner, a serious, young, very well structured wine that goes well beyond simple fruit, this one marries dark cherries with suggestions of crème brûlée, sweet smoke and notes of dusty roses even while still a bit nascent and not wholly forthcoming just now. The palate is medium bodied and silky with grainy tannins, good concentration of warm red fruits and spice in the mouth and a long finish. 92 Points, Wine Spectator Focused and intense, with finely textured flavors of red cherry, currant and raspberry supported by vibrant acidity.
