  ARKK was great to work with throughout our Shopify build. Since this was a full rebrand and new launch for us, there were a lot of moving parts, but communication was always smooth and they were very patient with all the revisions and questions along the way. What I appreciated most was that they really tried to match the overall mood and direction of the brand instead of just building a generic store. Small details like layout, mobile experience, fonts, product flow, and overall visual balance were handled thoughtfully, which was important for our brand. Even after launch, they continued helping us adjust and fine-tune things quickly whenever issues came up. Overall it felt much more collaborative and organized than past experiences we’ve had, and we’re happy with how everything turned out.
