  What's included

  Included in starting price: An assessment of what's going on with the store, performance-wise. A tailored report of what needs to be fixed/improved, and a list of next steps, if you would like to hire our services to fix them. Additional work and price information: Each store is different, and thus they have different needs. Site optimization is a grey area that will depend on many things, what a client might consider "speedy" might be considered "slow" by others. Even if we improve the site's speed score, you might still feel the site being "slow". That's why we'd like to hear you out and offer you a tailored solution to accommodate your needs, so you're happy with the end result.

• Custom domain setupFrom $60
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Connecting your desired domain to your Shopify store. Additional work and price information: We will need access to your domain provider account. We do not sell domains, nor we buy them on behalf of our clients. Please keep in mind that DNS propagation and Shopify SSL issuing take some time to reflect.

• TroubleshootingFrom $60
  What's included

  Included in starting price: An assessment of what's going on with your store to determine why it isn't behaving the way you're expecting it to. We will provide you with a report detailing the problem(s), as well as their recommended solution. Additional work and price information: Please keep in mind that troubleshooting a problem within your store will not fix the problem, it will just determine the cause of it. We might, however, try to fix it, with no extra cost, if we consider it's simple enough for us to solve it.

• Theme customizationFrom $30
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Evaluating your request against your theme in order to determine the timeframe and price of it. Additional work and price information: Given a request, we will evaluate it against your theme and send you a proposal of what we think is the best way to do it, including the timeframe and price. Please keep in mind that depending on the type and difficulty of customization, the starting price might vary.

• Store build or redesignFrom $1,800
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Full template customization adapted to your branding. We'll provide you a set of templates to choose from and a usable sample of what your store will look like based on the template you choose. We'll design your homepage/pages banners and imagery (up to 2 revisions). We will NOT provide product photoshoots nor image editing for the product's pictures. If this is your first time using Shopify, we will ensure you have everything you need to have a fully working store and walk you through it. Additional work and price information: Keep in mind that depending on your needs, the starting price might vary.
