  Paid them in January. Gave them the access code and haven’t heard from them until early May. Shopify didn’t help to reach them. They didn’t reply any of my messages. Suddenly they asked for a feedback. Although I asked them for a refund (they charged me $79 for the same job they do for $49), they said they are going to the job. I told them since January I have already did some work to increase the speed of my store. Finally approved them to do the work. And I don’t see any difference. Stay away. Stay away. I always refund my customers if they don’t like my products or give them huge discount which ever they prefer. Again stay away. Efen Shopify doesn’t protect you against their partners. Stay away!
