  Migration from Magento to Shopify Plus with complex data migration, including customers, orders, subscriptions (Seal), loyalty points, and gift cards. We integrated Pixi WMS with a custom app for stock and fulfillment management. The multilingual, multi-market setup, plus PPC and CRM optimization, boosted new customer acquisition by 50% within 6 months post-launch.

• BARFGOLD | 300% Revenue Growth After B2B & B2C Migration to Shopify+

  Migration of BARFGOLD’s B2B and B2C shops from WooCommerce to Shopify Plus.   I relaunched my entire online shop, www.designgrab.de , together with Mark and the Abrio team – from the complete brand redesign and ERP integration to the development of a complex gravestone configurator. Following the launch, we also discussed the first campaign strategies and scaling approaches, making this a highly complex and comprehensive project overall. Although the project duration was slightly longer than originally planned, the collaboration was consistently professional, friendly, and reliable at all times.
