Absolutely the worst experience from any partner on Shopify we have encountered. I would never hire Rich again, and wish I never did. He pretty much stole from us, charged our credit card $1,500 after we fired him. Refused to refund the money and stopped responding to any message. All he did was create Ai generated “advertisements” that brought no traffic or sales. He put a coupon code out to the public on our website without our authorization. Lazy and useless. Stay far away from this guy, a total scam business, I wish I never contacted him.
