  Custom Shopify theme for a luxury eyewear retailer with 18 boutiques across India, carrying Oliver Peoples, Hugo Boss and Zilli. Large product galleries, quick view and high-resolution imagery, the same presentation the boutiques give the frames. Full design and development.

  Monthly Shopify operations for a CBD and wellness D2C brand on the Grow plan. Homepage redesigned and live within the first month, then a standing cadence of monthly bundle sales, price changes across 28 variants, a shared task tracker, and every change tested on a staging theme before it touches the live store. • Fraghill · fragrance store rebuild with a scent-matching quiz

  Rebuilt a fragrance brand's Shopify store in place, launched July 2026. Added a Decoder quiz that matches customers to scents, a Build Your Trio bundle builder and a Match Maker engine, then moved into conversion work: buy-button hierarchy on product pages, the cart drawer, the quiz result page and product structured data for Google. Vendor profile pages, artist pages built from Figma, ShipTurtle vendor onboarding, a Delhivery shipping migration and a category system that keeps 800 products findable.   Full Shopify build for Keer, a premium 925 sterling silver jewellery label, from an empty store to live. Product architecture, variants and metafields came first, before any page design, so new collections drop in without a rebuild. Built from the SKU up with a first-time founder.

  Shopify development for a home furniture brand featured in Elle Decor and Design Pataki. The design arrived as Figma files; the job was a pixel-accurate Liquid build, delivered in six weeks. Development only.
