• VIETRI: Magento to Shopify Plus Migration & Relaunch

  Led the full replatform of a luxury Italian home goods brand, migrating the flagship and outlet storefronts from Magento to Shopify Plus. Owned migration strategy, UX planning, go-live coordination, and post-launch optimization, with NetSuite integrated for inventory and order flow. The relaunch drove record sales in its first full year.

• The Cook's Station: Three POS Systems Unified on Shopify Plus

  Migrated a thriving brick-and-mortar business off three separate POS systems (retail, restaurant, cooking classes) onto one Shopify Plus ecosystem with unified Shopify POS. Moved 5,000+ SKUs, built a limited-seat class booking experience, designed a custom B2B portal for commercial kitchen clients, and launched Klaviyo email and SMS with segmentation built on their existing customer data.

• Wimp Decaf: Full Shopify Plus Build & Lifecycle Marketing

  Led the complete digital build for a specialty coffee startup: site architecture and theme development, Recharge subscriptions, Rebuy upsell flows, and fulfillment and returns SOPs via Loop. Implemented Klaviyo from the ground up with advanced segmentation and fully automated email and SMS flows built to scale retention and lifetime value.

• Bear Lake Coffee: Subscriptions, Wholesale & Email Automation

  Ongoing technical partner for a specialty coffee roaster. Workstreams include Recharge gifted subscriptions with duration-based pricing and redemption flows, a gift-with-purchase program built to convert first orders into subscribers, a wholesale buying experience in Wholesale Gorilla with per-client pricing, and the brand's always-on email program in Omnisend.
