• Nike x Corteiz: a bot-proof Shopify Plus drop for 100K live visitors

  For a limited-edition Nike x Corteiz sneaker drop, the challenge was keeping bots and resellers out of a $36B resale market. Built natively on Shopify Plus, Ask Phill deployed Shopify's bot protection, customer segmentation with Metafields, and Shopify Flow to enforce one-purchase-per-customer limits. The drop drew 100,000 live visitors and 50,000+ active carts, selling out in minutes.

• MR MARVIS: headless Shopify Plus rebuild — 200% faster, 7 languages

  Amsterdam menswear brand MR MARVIS needed a faster site and to scale across European markets without duplicating work. Ask Phill ran a zero-downtime migration from their Liquid theme to a headless Shopify Plus setup, tying each country store to one unified front-end built with Sanity and Next.js, a React-based framework. Delivered in 4 months, it boosted speed 200% and supports 7 languages.

• North Sails: BigCommerce & WordPress to Shopify migration

  Premium sailmaker North Sails was stuck on an outdated hybrid of BigCommerce and WordPress, with a custom-sail 'Request a Quote' journey that lost affluent buyers. Ask Phill migrated them to Shopify and built a custom Request a Quote form and location-based, market-specific personalization. The result is one unified Shopify platform with a clearer quote journey for bespoke sails across markets.

• DENHAM: Salesforce Commerce Cloud to headless Shopify Plus, 3x faster

  Denim brand DENHAM had outgrown Salesforce Commerce Cloud, which lacked the precision and flexibility they needed and required developers for even minor front-end changes. Ask Phill replatformed them to a custom headless setup on Shopify Plus with Contentful CMS for total front-end control. The site now runs 3x faster, supports 3 currencies and 2 languages, and is ready for global scaling.

• NAKED Copenhagen: Shopify migration, Business Central ERP, 15K SKUs

  Sneaker retailer NAKED Copenhagen ran 15,000+ products across seven regions, and inventory sync issues caused overselling while bots targeted their limited-edition drops. Ask Phill migrated them to Shopify, integrating Business Central ERP and Klaviyo, with custom bot protection and automated daily inventory syncs. Results: 15,000+ products migrated, seven regions, and six apps integrated.

We knew offering our clients a choice in shipping options would lower friction, to conversion but we were limited in our options as no apps where offered.
