• quip: Shopify Plus Replatform and UX Redesign

  Avex led quip’s replatform to Shopify to unlock scalability, streamline operations, and stay ahead of evolving demands. The project started with an in-depth discovery phase, followed by a tailored migration strategy that preserved quip’s iconic brand identity while optimizing the eCommerce experience. In just four months, Avex delivered a sleek, high-performing site, ready to scale effortlessly.

• Tru Earth: Shopify Plus Replatform & Development

  For Tru Earth’s eCommerce replatform, Avex addressed immediate challenges and laid the groundwork for long-term growth. The new platform featured two stores—one for U.S. and international audiences, and one for Canada—making seamless operations and tailored experiences possible. Maximizing the subscription model, Avex also built a high-performance tech stack to drive ongoing expansion and success.

• KITH: UX/UI Design & eCommerce Strategy

  Our process involved an audit and CRO recommendations for their previous website. The first engagement revolved around a basic refresh and website updates. After the refresh, KITH wanted to dive into a complete redesign. Avex provided additional support to reimagine the design and UX of the Shopify Plus site. We also designed the entire UX/UI for the iOS app, which utilized Shopify Plus backend.

  For The Shop by Equinox, Avex focused on refinement and usability by leveraging insights from UX and technical audits. • Novus Shoes: Shopify Plus Replatform & UX/UI Design

  Replatforming Novus, Avex crafted three high-performant online stores and a product catalog that deliver frictionless digital experiences and easy navigation through data-backed discovery, iterative design, and robust technology advancements. To make this possible, the Avex solutions team provided Novus with a new custom-built connector to share data from SAP with the Shopify in real-time.
