  Every month we find where shoppers drop off, design and code the fixes, and run 2 to 8 A/B tests on live traffic in Intelligems (you pay for it, we run it). Winners ship as theme code you own. You see the full test backlog and get a monthly report on revenue per visitor. Month to month. Under about 10,000 monthly sessions on a page, we fix the obvious problems directly instead.

  A free CRO audit, done live on a call. We walk through your store with you, show where shoppers are likely to stall, and rank the fixes: what's worth an A/B test, what to just fix, and what to leave alone. No obligation. If your traffic is too low for testing, we'll say so and tell you what to fix first.

  What's included

  Shopify store design for brands that already sell. We start from your analytics and session replays, design in Figma, and build on an Online Store 2.0 theme you own. Recent work: a custom theme for The Conscious Bar and a full store redesign for Purishh.
