Matthew and Darren, Thank you both so much for your incredible work and support over the last year as we worked to get this store up and running. The last six weeks were unpredictable and Darren being able to work with a theme change 6 days from release and then trouble shoot issues on the fly within an hour of release was truly remarkable. The knowledge and ease provided to us was a tool we used with the utmost confidence and one we are so lucky to have as we grow! Thank you both for your knowledge and we look forward to the future. The fun begins now. Marisa - SiriusXM | Stitcher | Podswag

Darren was really great to work with on my website. He was patient, responsive, and had a very quick turnaround. He accommodated all small tweaks and personal touches as we got to final stages and was sensitive to deadlines and the launch timeline. He was very available in those final moments when you really want someone to be, since you want it all to go smoothly once you present it to the world! He was a wealth of knowledge and a very good instructor for his tutorials and zooms so that I could learn to navigate it myself. Really wonderful customer service. I would recommend he and Blackthorne to anyone looking for a pro that won't cost your entire opening budget! Ashley Hausman - So What Wine

Blackthorn Publishing is the third Web Development company we have used, we hired two previous companies who both stated they could deliver. Unfortunately, on both occasions our website did not function properly as this hurt our ability to make sales and build a reputable customer base. Furthermore, it was extremely embarrassing to promote our brand only to have customers experiencing ordering and checkout issues. They say the third time's a charm and this cliche' held true in our case! During my first meeting with Blackthorn Publishing, Matt assured us our company was in the right place and they would deliver. Now considering our previous experiences this experience was very different. Upon speaking with Matt for just the first few minutes we acknowledged our company was in the right place. Matt's professional acumen and knowledge had us at ease. We were introduced to Darren from Blackthorn Publishing as he was the developer assigned to our project. We must admit, Blackthorn Publishing delivered! Matt and Darren are ultimate professionals and have mastered their craft! Our website was built beautifully, with pristine functionality and delivered on time! If you're looking to have your website built right the first time, give Blackthorn Publishing a shot. We guarantee it will be a Bullseye! Thank You Guys So Much!

Blackthorn Publishing delivered exactly what we requested and in a timely manner. This has been the easiest website redesign I have ever been a part of. Having owned a web development company previously for over 15+ years, I have been involved in 100's of web projects. Communication with the team was easy and they always understood any changes we requested along the way. I highly recommend them.

Matt and Darren were easy to work with and provided me with an updated website based on my criteria. Darren was quick to respond and was helpful in all of my changes and requests. My customers love the new website that was provided, and the ROI is paying off. Definitely worth the investment having someone else do this update, so I could focus on driving revenue for my business and other areas.
