  Working with BLNG Developers on VERNA has been one of the best technical partnerships we've had. We came in with a resortwear brand that needed everything built from the ground up, and their team delivered a level of thoroughness we genuinely didn't expect at this stage of a launch. On the Shopify side, they didn't just set up products and call it done. They built us a real SKU system tied to our supplier catalog, a clean tagging standard across the whole line, and Shopify's own product taxonomy and metafields filled out properly so our catalog actually reads correctly to Google and to shoppers. They rebuilt our entire navigation and homepage around what we actually sell instead of a generic template, cleaned up hundreds of product images and renamed every file for SEO, and wrote custom storefront features by hand: a pre-order system with proper ship-date disclosure sitting right above the checkout button, policy notices that change based on the product, and vendor branding built directly into the theme. That's not app-store plug-and-play work. That's custom Liquid development done right. Beyond the storefront, they handled our Klaviyo setup, our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts, our Google Merchant Center feed, and our analytics and tracking, all connected and working together instead of sitting as disconnected tools.   We hired BLNG Developers to build and run the entire technical side of SKRT, our jewelry brand, and they have honestly been the best team we have worked with. This wasn't a "build it and disappear" job. Eight-plus months in, they own our whole Shopify storefront, our Google Ads and Meta ads, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Merchant Center, Klaviyo email, and SEO, all working together instead of feeling like separate pieces bolted onto each other. On the site itself, the work is genuinely custom, not just theme settings with a new logo. Our navigation menu used to load hundreds of product cards into every single page even when nobody opened the menu, and they rebuilt it to load those cards only when someone actually hovers over it, which cut a huge chunk of dead weight off every page load with no visual difference to a shopper. Our pendant and chain upsell in the cart now uses the theme's own native bundle system instead of a slow bolted-on app trick, one clean request instead of two, both items separately removable, discount math correct, and building it meant digging into an undocumented part of the theme's code and catching a genuinely obscure JavaScript bug along the way. They also built us a real product recommendation engine that reads our live catalog and automatically pairs items by gender, color, and style so every product page suggests the right companion pieces without anyone maintaining a spreadsheet by hand. Our collection and filtering system was rebuilt to never break or show an empty shelf, checked across every single collection on the site with zero errors, and a sitewide ranking system keeps best sellers on top and sold-out items at the bottom automatically. There was also a subtle mobile bug where one swipe would skip past two or three product photos at once, which took real digging to trace to one specific setting buried in the site's photo carousel, and they fixed it with a single precise change without touching anything else. On the marketing side, they run our Google Ads account across Search and Shopping, our Meta ad account and catalog, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Google Merchant Center, and Search Console, all pointed at the same real sales data so we are never guessing which channel is actually working. They found and cleaned out a legacy tracking setup packed with dozens of dead tags and settings left over from a tool we weren't even using anymore, and rebuilt it down to only what actually mattered with zero disruption to our live tracking. Our Merchant Center feed and Meta catalog stay in sync with the real Shopify catalog automatically, so prices, availability, and product data never quietly drift out of date the way they do on stores where the ad platform and the storefront are managed separately. Our email program runs through Klaviyo with attribution checked against real order data rather than trusted blindly, and the email designs actually match the real look of the site. They rebuilt our product titles and SEO across hundreds of products to a consistent, search-friendly format, and went further to make sure our site is ready for how people are starting to shop through AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot, which most developers aren't even thinking about yet. Beyond the skill, they communicate clearly, explain things in plain language whenever we ask, and have never once made an unrequested change to our live site. Every release gets tested first. That kind of judgment and trust is hard to find.
