  Take Action Safety Training, a CPR and workplace safety company founded by a firefighter/paramedic and operating across 7 US cities, needed one site that handled both service bookings and AED product sales. We migrated from WordPress to Shopify, designed the full experience in Figma, and developed it to match. A clean, professional hybrid build that brings services and ecommerce together smoothly.

• Mums R Us & More – Shopify Plus Redesign & SEO Growth

  Mums R Us & More, a Texas-based supplier of homecoming mum supplies, had an outdated Shopify store that was hard to navigate. We built a fully custom Shopify Plus store with improved UX, design, and checkout flow. Targeted SEO moved them from page 10 to page 1 for key terms, boosting organic traffic and revenue by 40%. We continue optimizing CRO and supporting growth.

• Harvard Sweet Boutique Inc – Premium Sweets, Premium Experience

  Harvard Sweet Boutique, renowned for its handcrafted gourmet cookies, cakes, toffee, and brownies, sought to modernize their online presence. We migrated their store from Shopify 1.0 to Shopify Plus, integrating B2B functionalities to streamline wholesale operations.   I hired Code2Commerce, a Shopify Select Partner, for standard Shopify store work. I signed with them on 7/23/26, and the engagement ended on 9/8/26, three weeks after the final deadline I was given. The deadlines I was given were missed, and the delay caused me to miss my back-to-school launch window, which I had been working toward for a full year. What I needed was simple: do the agreed-upon work, do it in the time frame promised, and tell me accurately where things stand. That didn’t happen. Work was reported as completed when it wasn’t, and items I had asked for and the developer had agreed to were skipped or replaced with something other than what was specified, and were only addressed after I pointed them out. Because I couldn’t trust the status reports, I had to check everything myself. I spent hours verifying work I had paid for and relaying problems back to the developer in detail. It felt like a second full-time job on top of my own job. I raised these problems in writing throughout the project, and again at the end. The response was an apology, but an apology doesn’t give back the weeks I lost or the hours I spent, and no credit was offered. I promptly hired another developer, at an additional cost, who delivered a professional-looking new site on time and as quoted, in 10 business days. That site is live, and nothing from the Code2Commerce build is in use. I am posting this review after receiving Shopify’s 90-day review invitation.

I stated that there were 4 items that needed some redesign or tweaks and in every email response, all items were clearly reviewed and stated what was changed. When there were some changes that were not fully complete, I asked him to review the element and asked for a specific change and it was done within a short amount of time. The time frame of everything being finished was about a week. Thank you again for everything!
