• Title Nine

  Command C migrated Title Nine, a women’s activewear retailer, from Salesforce Commerce Cloud and NetSuite SCIS to one Shopify Plus instance with POS Pro, unifying its online store and 14 retail stores. The project delivered a streamlined NetSuite integration, custom fit tools, Outlet and swatch solutions, and full data migration.

  We migrated this client from Magento 2 to Shopify Plus to support ERP and operations integration with Netsuite. We helped transition product data, customers, order history into two stores using the same core theme.

  Command C has collaborated with Outlier to optimize site performance and speed, especially at times of peak demand. The new Shopify Plus site includes a new 3PL integration. Since our engagement began, the company has experienced: 71% increase in conversion rate 60% increase in number of transactions 8 hours of customer service time eliminated per week

• Taos Footwear

  Command C started with a technical discovery. Through this process, we arrived at Shopify Plus as the optimal solution for Taos – once we planned how to overcome some big challenges. Some highlights of the migration included: 100% uptick in conversions over 50% of online orders processed through Shop Pay 117% increase in BFCM sales
