In these sessions we seek to connect on core brand objectives, future goals and ultimately scope next steps to achieve these goals. Outside of these sessions, our team is busy performing research to fully understand the brand internals. Additional work and price information: The final deliverable will ultimately be a strategy session summary document, as well as a collaborative scoping proposal for next steps.

  Included in starting price: We will migrate customer data (customer names, addresses, groups, etc.), order data from your current site to Shopify. We're familiar with existing services as well as with building custom API connectors. Additional work and price information: Migration costs start at $3,000 but will vary from project to project based off of the size of the migration.

  Included in starting price: Our team will start by holding a meeting with key stakeholders to identify areas of concern. Following this meeting our development team will spend a day digging into the code and identifying core issues. We then present our findings and determine if we'd like to spend the remaining budget digging further or starting to resolve said issues. Additional work and price information: At the end of the sessions we will have determined key areas in need of improvement as well as estimate time required to make meaningful improvement.
