• Blue Lily 925 Silver: Jewellery B2B Wholesaler

  Blue Lily 925 Silver are an established silver wholesaler, supplying high quality silver jewellery to retailers across the UK. They sell both to trade and retail customers, so needed clever automations, product and collection migrations, and inventory syncing all set up for them.

• Clippersharp: Busy e-commerce store

  Clippersharp migrated to Shopify when they were limited by their custom built site. They wanted to take control of their website for themselves, and use high converting features like upselling in the user’s cart, free shipping progress banners, and more. The move increased their sales team's efficiency with better clarity over orders and inventory.

• Smart Grooming: A Store to Support the Brand

  Smart Grooming have a large social following and a strong brand, but they were struggling with a very old shopify theme. I was able to update the store to an online 2.0 theme, customise that theme to suit them, and provide training on shopify's newest features. The store now accurately represents the brand with automations and features to maximise revenue.

  I’ve worked with Jess on a few occasions now, including SEO, blog posts, and Shopify help. This time, Jess completely redesigned my Shopify store, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. I honestly can’t recommend Jess enough. The new website looks incredible. She introduced a new colour theme to go alongside my existing one, which I hadn’t thought about before, but now absolutely love. It looks amazing and fits my brand perfectly. As a jewellery brand owner, my website must be easy to use, and Jess has completely improved how it feels for customers. The layout is clean and easy to follow, with clear menus and dropdowns, great blogs, lovely images, and product descriptions that actually make sense. Everything has been thought through to make shopping simple and enjoyable, while still giving customers all the information they need to feel confident buying.
