• Jatszma.ro - Transylvanian boardgame store

  Our project consists of a multilingual boardgame store in HU, RO languages connected to jatszma.ro, jocozaur.ro, jatszma.hu domains. The client also has retail stores, which added the complexity of inventory management using an external warehouse management service. Boardgame attributes are pulled from external sources and Shopify Flow and Klaviyo are used for marketing automation.

• Sweet Mountain - B2C and B2B setup

  We developed Sweet Mountain’s Shopify store and supporting digital ecosystem for its locally made drink syrups. The project includes both B2C and B2B solutions, with a custom Shopify integration built to support field sales representatives. The setup focuses on clear product presentation, simple purchasing, mobile usability and future growth. Custom components on both B2C and B2B sections.

• Roserry.com - Romanian Fashion Brand for exclusive dresses

  We took over this project, updated it to suit the newest standards, and cleaned it up to get it up to date. The beautiful dresses are showcased in full portrait mode for maximum visibility and the website's main goal was to be very easy to use, which we accomplished using a clean KISS design.

• Cosmetic Plant | Complex promotions and ongoing Shopify optimization

  Cosmetic Plant is an established Romanian skincare and cosmetics brand. We provide ongoing Shopify development, technical SEO and store optimization, including product and collection structure, promotional mechanics, customer journeys and custom functionality. Our work focuses on improving usability, campaign execution and long-term e-commerce performance.

• Healthy flour from Oltenia - biruintaolteniei.ro

  Biruința Olteniei is a Romanian producer of high-quality, health-focused flour products. We built a clear, easy-to-use Shopify store integrated with BOCP CloudSales for courier management, order picking and invoicing, creating a complete operational workflow from purchase to fulfilment. The store achieved a conversion rate above 6% for three consecutive months.

• Rebalanse - Luxury Massage chairs

  A small webshop for showcasing the official Rebalanse massage chairs. The main goal of this webshop was to have a single source of data for Rebalanse products which are also sold US-wide via other connected third-party vendors. Feeds and different sales channels are connected to reach the proposed goal of the client.
