  Diffactory LISTENED to us. In every meeting we had with them, we could tell they were engaged and understood our needs. Their questions were well thought out, and it was apparent that they had done this before. We enjoyed working with someone who was experienced in the Shopify platform, and we consider Diffactory apart of our team. If we have questions/issues, they jump on it within the hour. We were and still are very impressed with the level of professionalism (and fun!) the members of the Diffactory team are.   Where to begin? Working with Diffactory was like building a friendship, not just a business relationship. Work was done QUICKLY and COST EFFECTIVELY. Even with my fickle changes it was graciously accepted and changed...even made better based upon my attempt to explain the end vision. Even after project "complete", there seems to always need tweaks. These were made with the vantage point that the work will never be complete until completely happy. Extra items were added just because they thought it would enhance the site. Meetings were attended by Diffactory with other team members just to confirm that the team was working towards the same concept goal. We are enjoying the ease of Shopify's platform, and are excited, as we constantly make our small tweaks and adjustments to further optimize and test the site. While the project ended up going in a different direction then our original scope of work, we appreciate the communication and work put in by Diffactory, giving us the best experience possible. They were patient, and accommodating, as our business evolves almost daily, they rolled up their sleeves and made it work; even though we were probably a bit difficult at times to work with, and always changing our minds and direction...   Diffactory pushed us to think differently about our business and we are very thankful. When they brought up e-commerce for our roofing company we thought they were crazy. We were wrong. It turns out we were not thinking big...which is why we hired Diffactory. They did so much more than build a beautiful site for us. They pushed us to provide services for sale on our site that drive new revenue to our company. The pushed us to transform our industry by consulting us to make the experience better for our customers. We are now KC's only GAF Certified Green Roofer and we do GoPro roof inspections so our customers can see what we see. The whole process was more like building a friendship than a website. We like what they do so much that they now handle 100% of our marketing needs (blogging, social media and Facebook ads). The results: We are booked solid for the next four months and our business is on track to double from last year. Give these guys a shot.
