  TOBS sells premium organic beauty and cosmetic products via a Shopify Webstore and a retail store in Munich. We approached Dual Citizen because we were looking for a Shopify Expert with development expertise. After inspecting our existing online store, Deniz Demirsoy made us clear that we had a couple of conversion issues and recommended to switch to another theme. The migration went very fast and smooth. We were excited to see the positive results within a very short time frame. Within two months our conversion increased 50% and we could reduce our ad spending.   Mandala specializes on sustainable and high-quality yoga fashion. We sell our products through retail partners, our web shop and an own retail store in Munich. Deniz Demirsoy, Dual Citizen, migrated our existing 5 years old online-shop to Shopify. He streamlined our internal processes, reduced our dependency from external contractors and agencies. We got rid of an expensive inventory management system, integrated our retail and online store through Shopify’s POS module. Within the first year upon switching to Shopify we reduced our costs for technology and operations significantly. Dual Citizen helped to increase our online revenue 50%. Although we were amazed about it’s functionality and ease of administration, initially we were skeptical about using Shopify because it’s a Canadian product. Dual Citizen helped us to become compliant with EU regulations, integrated the web shop with our German fulfillment, accounting partners and processes. Beside setting up the web shop, Dual Citizen also completed many software development tasks and template customizations for us. They took care of setting up our online marketing tools and campaigns, which we’re now able to run by our own staff efficiently.   LangerChen is a German-Chinese ecofashion brand producing sustainable jackets and coats. We were already selling our products globally through retail stores. Previously we were running our former website on Squarespace, a hosted content management system. Dual Citizen was recommended to us by one of their clients.
