Ecommerce Pro has been an invaluable partner in helping us bring our Shopify vision to life. They consistently deliver high-quality work, implementing even our more complex and custom requests with care and precision. What really sets them apart is their proactive approach—they don’t just execute tasks, they offer thoughtful suggestions that improve our site’s SEO, usability, and overall customer experience. Their expertise has helped us make smarter decisions and elevate our online store in ways we wouldn’t have achieved on our own. We’ve been very happy with their services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable Shopify team.
- Advance ComponentsStore migrationMay 18, 2026
We had an incredibly complex ecommerce project, and Ecommerce Pro was instrumental in helping us get it across the finish line. We were moving from an outdated webstore managed through our ERP system to Shopify, while also maintaining a separate WordPress website for content because our old store couldn’t support a blog. Our goal was to merge both websites into one streamlined platform and create a faster checkout experience, cleaner design, and overall better shopping experience for our customers. ECP joined the project after another Shopify Plus agency completely dropped the ball. We had some initial design work completed, but little progress beyond that. From there, ECP stepped in and helped move an extremely complicated project forward. A huge challenge was integrating Shopify with our ERP system, which required constant communication between ECP and our ERP provider as they built a custom connector app. There was a lot of back-and-forth and problem solving throughout the process, and ECP handled it with patience, expertise, and transparency every step of the way. The entire project took over a year to complete, with ECP working alongside us for nearly a full year—and we truly would not be live today without them. Special shoutout to Ali, who is an incredible project manager. He kept everything moving, communicated clearly, and made a very stressful project feel manageable. If you’re considering moving to Shopify—especially if you have a complicated backend setup or ERP integration—I can’t recommend Ecommerce Pro enough. They were an amazing partner, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything they did for us.

Ecommerce Pro listened well to our needs and helped build out a very unique and highly customized site for us. Not only is it visually stunning, but it is extremely robust in its functionality where their advice and counsel was invaluable to avoid pitfalls we might not have been considering. The B2B side of the site is a game changer for how we do business. Fantastic people and a job well done.

- TreePeople StoreTheme customizationJul 15, 2024
Our team had an incredible experience working with Ecommerce Pro to make custom changes to our very old theme that suit our needs and aesthetic! We now have a custom product page template that is user friendly, follows our brand guidelines exactly, and integrates seamlessly into our Shopify Store. All steps in this process were thoroughly discussed, communicated effectively, and implemented efficiently. If our team gave feedback or requests, the Ecommerce Pro team didn't hesitate to pivot very quickly to our exact specifications (down to color and spacing!). We also had another request that was outside of the scope of our original project, and the Ecommerce Pro team was able to accommodate us and meet our high expectations with an add-on. We cannot thank the Ecommerce Team enough for their expertise, communication, kindness, and insight at every step! Highly recommend this team!
