• Conversion rate optimizationFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Conversion rate is often one of the most impactful metrics in driving revenue for your business. I will do a full audit of your site to determine any opportunities to improve your conversation rate. From that audit you will receive a detailed report outlining these opportunities, their impact to conversion and how to fix them. My service includes: Front-end website audit Code base audit/optimization Site speed audit Detailed report of my findings Additional work and price information: From this report you will have the ability to prioritize and choose the specific items you want to address to improve your conversation rate. This audit is a stand alone service and does not obligate you to work with me to fix the opportunities identified in the report.

• Analytics and trackingFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: I will do a complete analysis of analytics stack and ensure all the relevant data is being tracked properly and a strategy is being applied using that data. Services include but not limited to: Setup of GA4 and Google Tag Manager Integration of analytics platform into Shopify Detailed monthly reports in Data Studio Custom reports for sales and promotions tracking Additional work and price information: Analytics and tracking can be a powerful tool in identifying your target audiences and their behavior once they are on your site. Setting up your tracking information correctly and interpreting into an actionable strategy can increase marketing effectiveness and drive more revenue to your business.

• Site performance and speedFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Site speed has impact not only on your site performance but also on your conversion rate and search engine ranking. The average site loads in 3 seconds or less...anything over that and you risk losing your customer before they even see what you offer. My site speed audit will identify scripts, styles, apps, and assets that may be affecting your site speed on both desktop and mobile devices. You will receive a detailed report of my findings and how to fix them. Additional work and price information: With my audit and the fixes suggested I can guarantee a 10% increase in your site speed on mobile and desktop and a large content paint score of under 3.5 seconds. Previous clients have seen upwards of 300% increase to their site speed.

• Business strategy guidanceFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Owning and operating your own business can be very isolating and stressful. I have over 10 years of experience in e-commerce (8 of those years exclusively on Shopify) so I can provide a fresh set of eyes for your branding, website conversion, operational efficiency, marketing strategy, business analytics and more. Additional work and price information: This service includes 1:1 or advisement of your broader team on branding, marketing strategy, analytics analysis, website development, conversion rate optimization, site speed optimization and search engine optimization. Everything from vetting and facilitating installation of apps to developing revenue driving strategies I can plug in to your team wherever needed.

• Custom domain setupFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: I will help you setup an account on the domain provider of your choice (i.e. GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.), pick a custom domain for your store, select the appropriate options and connect your new domain to your Shopify store. The cost of the domain is not included in the setup process (typical cost of a domain is $10-$20/year). Additional work and price information: I am available to walk you through the process via phone or Zoom OR you can provide me with your login credentials and I will set everything up for you.

• TroubleshootingFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Having an issue with your store? Anything from code issues to functionality problems I can take a look, diagnose the problem and give you multiple options to fix it. Additional work and price information: Once I am able to identify the problem I will give you a detailed price quote and timeline for the work.

• Product and collection setupFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Setting up your products and collections properly can save you time and help your customers find what they are looking for easier which means more sales for YOU! For $150/hour I can setup your products and collections to your specifications. I will setup automation were appropriate and even create product templates for your future product additions. If you don't know how you'd like it set up I can also offer possible solutions for you to choose from. Additional work and price information: Services include but not limited to: - Collection setup and automation - Product importing/creation - Custom filters/tags - Subscription services - Dropshipping - Product page customization - Collection page customization Subscriptions services and more complex shops may require additional apps for extended functionality. Any cost for these apps is not included in my services.

  Included in starting price: With so many available options and customizations for your Shopify store it can be a little daunting. I can help you setup your store options from start to finish. Additional work and price information: Services include: - Adding team members to your account - Payment portal setup - Shipping and tax options - Custom domain setup - Checkout and site options - and MORE!

  What's included

  Included in starting price: Email marketing is one of the most effective and time tested drivers of revenue for ecommerce businesses. Used correctly you can drive new sales, create loyal life-long customers, and recover customers you lost previously. With my email marketing plan you will receive a detailed audit of your current strategy, full email marketing strategy and calendar, setup of email flows (sales, abandoned cart, new customer, etc.), and audience segmenting. Additional work and price information: With this service you can engage me to audit your current setup and suggest updates/improvements to set you up for success as a one time service OR you can retain my services for on-going support and strategic assistance. Based on you and your team's bandwidth or capabilities I can help as much as needed.

• Theme customizationFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: If you are looking for a custom page or form for your website we would love to help you. We can create anything from custom product pages to showcase your great products or even beautiful staff pages so you can show off the people behind the products. At just $150/hour you can give your customers a tailored shopping experience they can't find anywhere else online. • Store build or redesignFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Basic Setup: We will help you select a theme from the Shopify theme library and then install it for you. We will then setup your navigation, pages, and initial products. Once the site is setup we will give you a full walkthrough of how to use your new website and the Shopify platform. Custom Build: We will work with you to design a website completely from scratch. Creating a truly one of a kind website that is tailored to your business from top to bottom. Additional work and price information: Basic Setup Includes: - Theme Selection - Basic theme customization (adding logo, colors and adjusting layout) - Initial Setup of Navigation and Pages - Creation of Collections and 3 initial product offerings - Shopify tutorial Custom Build: - Built from scratch in Sketch - Custom coded theme on Shopify - Creation of Collections and 3 initial products - Shopify tutorial NOTE: All custom sites will be coded so that you can manage everything from content to layout and colors!

  What's included

  Included in starting price: Shopify is the largest most feature rich ecommerce platform available which is why we always encourage prospective businesses to make the switch. If you are on another platform we will help you select a theme that is comparable to your current site and set it up with your initial products and pages. We will make the process of switching platforms a breeze and stress-free! Additional work and price information: Additional options not included in starting price: - Custom built theme (starting at $5000) - Migrating more than 10 products ($1 per product over 10) - Adding custom apps ($75/hour plus cost of app) Don't see what you are looking for here....just ask us I bet we can do it.
