  Included in starting price: We can assist in setting up Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel and any other tracking pixel for marketing and tracking platforms you may use. We can also help you interpret data collected by these services to see what is working, and what areas of your site could be improved. Additional work and price information: Google Analytics provides so much information about your site's traffic that you may be missing opportunities illustrated in the data. Google Tag Manager is also an great free service to customize and track the information you most want to know, but it does take some know-how to best use this powerful service. We can assist with this.

  Included in starting price: Every app is different. We build all manner of custom applications including: Fulfillment apps, CRM, buying wizards and product selectors, reporting apps, product feeds and complex buying displays (e.g. "build your own" type systems). Additional work and price information: All project require a more details conversation to arrive at the finalized specification and scope of work. Simple apps where we are just pushing order data to a third-party system can often be done in 10 - 12 hours and fit with the above budget. We build apps ranging from $1,000 - $100,000.

  Included in starting price: We can help with any advanced domain configurations, sub-domains, DNS, or creation of records or service records. Mail troubleshooting, DNS issues and other related tasks are our forte. Additional work and price information: Scope depends on what you need. Most issues are an hour or less to solve or set up.

Additional work and price information: Did you know that in mid-2020, Google made Google Shopping available for free listing? You still have to have your channel set up properly to sell through Google Shopping, and this is not always the most straight forward process. We can assist with this.

Additional work and price information: Anyone who promises 'first page of Google' placement is being untruthful with you. No one can guarantee results. Those that do may give you a bump in traffic but it won't last, and it may result in costly penalties that are very difficult to recover from. We review your site for how well it applies the best SEO practices and work with you to generate a plan for continued, ongoing site optimization for improvement that is sustainable and enduring.

  Included in starting price: Complete assessment, action plan, and basic improvements. Additional work and price information: We will make a thourough assessment of your site's performance to look for any adjustments that can be made to your store's theme, settings, and applications in order to improve performance. We will make any simple changes during assessment so that you start seeing improvements sooner.

  Included in starting price: Price depends heavily on the total scope of the redesign. Most stores can have vast improvements within this starting budget. Additional work and price information: We provide a free consultation to help assess how little or how much design work work you would like us to take care of for you and then return a final estimate. We can usually fit a significant amount of work into our starting price.

  Included in starting price: Migrations are heavily influenced by the total scope of the migration. On the low end is migrating all inventory, attributes and orders into a new Shopify storefront. The next level would be moving over existing branding, styles and colors into a new or custom theme. At the upper end would be a total migration, store setup and moving over custom features or applications. Additional work and price information: We provide a free consultation to help assess how little or how much migration work you would like us to take care of for you and then return a final estimate.

Let us help you get the most out of your site by examining your configuration and providing training to you and your staff. Components are reusable and include custom settings to further improve customizability in the theme customization settings. Additional work and price information: Cost will depend on the extent of your customization. We excel at finding the simplest and most cost effective solution.

  Included in starting price: We will do a "service call" to help troubleshoot any system that you are having trouble with. Often we can assess and fix most issue within the allotted time. If not, we will return a more detailed estimate. We have 11 employees who are all in-office". There is rarely an issue we cannot take care of for our clients. Additional work and price information: Initial consultation is FREE. We've seen a lot in our 20 years in business. Often we can assist immediately over the phone.

  We had FDG Web, Inc build a very complicated app for our website: reporting temperatures at beginning and ending destination and determining correct number of cold packs and shipping method to get chocolate delivered unmelted. This app has many moving parts. Other companies stayed away from bidding on the job and FDG stayed with it tweaking it until it worked as was supposed to. I will be using them again.
