  Avoid Fuznet at All Costs! I subscribed to a monthly maintenance service with Fuznet for my Shopify store. The first month went smoothly, but from the second month onwards, the provider refused to deliver the service I had already paid for. When I requested an explanation, Fuznet made baseless accusations of violating their Terms and Conditions (alleging threats, harassment, and insults) without providing any proof. However, my exchanges were always respectful, though firm, while it was Fuznet that adopted an aggressive tone first. Major Issues with Fuznet: ❌ Service not delivered despite payment ❌ False accusations to justify refusal of service ❌ Bad faith and complete lack of response to amicable attempts ❌ Suspicious (retroactive) modification of Terms and Conditions after subscription ❌ No reliable customer support in case of issues ❌ Installation of harmful code on my store We also identified harmful code written by Fuznet. This type of code artificially inflates speed scores without actually improving the site’s real performance. While it may seem beneficial at first glance, it distorts performance metrics, which can negatively impact SEO and user experience over time. Shopify has also published a warning article about these fraudulent practices: 🛑 "Don’t get scammed by fake performance experts and apps." Shopify was informed about this situation and has stated that they have "investigated this complaint and taken action accordingly." ---------------------------------------------- Évitez Fuznet à tout prix ! J’ai souscrit un abonnement mensuel auprès de Fuznet pour la maintenance technique de ma boutique. Le premier mois s’est déroulé correctement, mais à partir du deuxième mois, le prestataire a refusé de fournir le service que j’avais pourtant payé. Lorsque j’ai demandé des explications, Fuznet a invoqué des accusations infondées de non-respect de leurs CGV (prétendues menaces, harcèlement et insultes), sans fournir la moindre preuve. Pourtant, mes échanges ont toujours été respectueux, bien que fermes, et c’est Fuznet qui a adopté un ton agressif en premier. Problèmes majeurs avec Fuznet : ❌ Service non rendu après paiement ❌ Accusations infondées pour justifier le refus de prestation ❌ Mauvaise foi et absence totale de réponse aux démarches amiables ❌ Modification suspecte (rétroactive) des CGV après souscription ❌ Aucun support client fiable en cas de problème ❌ Installation de code nuisible dans ma boutique Nous avons également identifié du code nuisible écrit par Fuznet. Ce type de code manipule artificiellement les scores de vitesse sans améliorer réellement les performances du site. Cette pratique, qui peut sembler bénéfique à première vue, fausse les métriques de performance, ce qui peut négativement impacter le SEO et l’expérience utilisateur à long terme. Shopify a d’ailleurs publié un article d’alerte sur ces pratiques frauduleuses : "Don’t get scammed by fake performance experts and apps". Shopify a été informé de cette situation et affirme "avoir enquêté sur cette plainte et pris des mesures en conséquence".
