  Your KAYA is a brand offering menstrual products and skincare, widely recognised for its natural approach to period care. We rebuilt key subscription journeys, customised the Recharge portal with InPost integration and streamlined the tech stack — reducing support requests, cutting costs and preparing the store for scale.

• Polarwise

  Polarwise delivers high-performance solutions for excessive sweating, designed to keep customers dry and confident. We built a new Shopify theme aligned with the updated brand identity, redesigned product and landing pages with educational content and reworked the purchase flow for subscriptions, multipacks and bundles.

• MOST Elements

  MOST Elements offers natural all-in-one supplements in two variants for everyday athletes and advanced performers. We built the DTC store on Shopify, designing detailed product pages with trust signals, expert endorsements and ingredient breakdowns, plus a Science page and a scalable CMS structure for managing nutritional content.

• LaCava

  LaCava is a specialty coffee roastery driven by quality, transparency and respect for people and nature. We rebuilt the Shopify store and migrated to Shopify Plus. New product pages tell the flavour and origin story, while Specialty Rewards loyalty program and Juo Subscriptions strengthen customer retention.

  Ed Red is a brand offering handcrafted artisan preserves known for their restaurant-quality taste. After a tech audit revealed fundamental issues, we rebuilt the store with a fully Liquid-based custom theme, removed redundant apps, improved performance and added a B2B page and Store Locator to support wholesale growth.

  Beller is a Warsaw-based brand creating handcrafted gold and silver jewelry defined by precision and timeless design.
