  RoadAngel was self-hosted on Magento 2.0 with downtime every week, security patches that didn’t work with existing plugins, an non-responsive mobile website which led to reduced exposure on Search Engines and competition creeping on their sales. Integration with Zoho CRM Introduction of a new Subscription product line (monthly/annual)

• Car Audio Centre - Magento to Shopify

  Migrated this client from Magento 2.0 to Shopify. Full scrape of existing website to complete the missing data dump of Magento DB and full work on over 6000 sku upload to ensure seamless migration. Sales up 50% from migration to Shopify.

• The Bathroom Accessory Company

  Redesign and re-thinking the navigation/flow of this website which was already on Shopify to increase Conversions and put together a Google Shopping PPC campaign across all skus to drive more traffic and sales.

• The Bathroom Shed - Dropship

  Set up of a dedicated dropship bathroom retailer with a national account including backend API for ordering and fulfilment. Upload/management of 2000 skus including set up, navigation, building scrapers to get data and populate.

• B2B Trade Store

  Built a price hidden to authorised, logged in members trade b2b website. The client team authorises each application and sets an account which allows users to place orders on a credit/trade account basis, connecting each order to their backend ERP (no payments collected on Site).
