• Houdini Sportswear

  We took Houdini Sportswear from discovery to live launch in two months, structuring a native Shopify data model across six markets and defining the requirements, coordination, and QA behind its ERP integration. The lean, native-first build now supports multi-market growth with strong PageSpeed performance and Iggy continuing as ongoing advisors.

• Boråstapeter

  We rebuilt Boråstapeter, part of Embellence Group, on a blended Shopify Plus store spanning 20 markets, six currencies, and eight languages. Native B2B logic and ERP-integrated automation via Iggy Labs now run 2,200 B2B companies and full DTC from one admin, with PageSpeed scores above +90 and strong revenue growth since launch.

• Everest Outdoor

  We rebuilt Everest Outdoor on a native-first Shopify Plus architecture using metafields, metaobjects, and minimal custom code, replacing a legacy, technology-first setup. A real-time iPaaS integration keeps Shopify and Fortnox in sync, powering a multi-market launch that now scores above +90 on Google PageSpeed Insights.

• Folkness

  We migrated Folkness off a friction-heavy legacy setup onto Shopify, architected for multi-market growth from day one. A real-time Fortnox integration via Junipeer replaced manual backend processes, while native Markets configuration lets the team add new markets as a commercial decision, not a technical rebuild. The store now scores above 90 across accessibility, SEO, and best practices.

• Pappelina

  We migrated Pappelina, part of Embellence Group, from a legacy, ERP-coupled setup onto Shopify Plus with zero data loss. One storefront now blends DTC and B2B with dynamic price lists, company accounts, and ERP-synced operations via Junipeer. The result: a fast, WCAG-compliant platform built for cross-border growth at a lower total cost of ownership.

  Before working with Iggy, Houdini was operating on a platform that had gradually become a barrier to the pace of development we needed. We lacked several features that customers now expect as standard. Much of the day-to-day management also required manual work behind the scenes.
