• Matchaflix: Shopify UX & Social Commerce Scale-Up

  Matchaflix, a matcha tea brand with a loyal community, ran a live Shopify store held back by inconsistent UX, an unoptimized checkout for social selling, and no customer support structure. We rebuilt the experience, streamlined checkout for social-driven sales, and structured CX. The brand now bills €8M+.

• Olivolea: Joomla to Shopify Migration for a Press-Featured Brand

  Olivolea is a natural dermocosmetics brand backed by healthcare professionals and featured in Vogue, Elle and Harper's Bazaar. Their store ran on Joomla, with no real capacity to scale in ecommerce. We executed a full migration to Shopify, transferring catalog, customers and order history with zero disruption to live sales.
