  Included in starting price: Let’s step out of the fog and envision your brand from a clear perspective. From concepts to a realized vision we’ll work together to discover the personality of your brand, and personify it through a captivating and cohesive visual identity. We'll start by defining your target audience, then we'll bring your brand to life with fonts, colors, and a logo that will capture the customer's attention. Additional work and price information: How well do you know your brand? If your vision for your brand's identity is already clearly defined in your mind we can help you create a cohesive design system at our lowest cost tier. The more exploration, revision, or different directions we need to explore will increase the cost.

• Custom apps and integrationsFrom $1,000
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Evaluate and establish integration requirements. Write action plan, schedule with deliverables, and total project estimate. Additional work and price information: Actual cost determined after evaluating/determing project requirements and agreeing on proposed solution. Not included in our fees will be the costs of the third party services that we are connecting. There may be ongoing monthly costs for the app/service used for the integration as well as maintenance and support.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: This is a custom service and costs are based on each projects specific requirements. The starting price goes towards the discovery phase which is required for most custom jobs to determine business needs before creating the proper solution. Additional work and price information: Let us know what your project is as we may already have a pre-built solution that does not require additional custom development which can save significantly on costs.

• TroubleshootingFrom $150
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Troubleshooting for problems not covered by Shopify support. We will also be your point of contact for Shopify support to help translate your experience into the technical language required to get the proper solution. Additional work and price information: Lower cost solution available when part of monthly retainer. Ask for details.

• Store build or redesignFrom $5,000
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Starting price includes discovery and planning phase, implementing a new design provided by you for the homepage, products pages, collection pages, and cart page using an existing theme as a starting point, Setup of products (number depends on complexity of options), configuring shop to use custom domain name, setting up Google Analytics and Search Console, configuring shipping methods. Additional work and price information: Price varies greatly depending on project requirements. Thing that can affect price are number and frequency of revisions, if we will be providing the new designs and photography, integrations with external systems, complexity and number of products, subscription products, or the need to use a custom theme.

• Store migrationFrom $5,000
  What's included

  Included in starting price: We have experience migrating shops from BigCommerce, Squarespace, Wordpress, Ultracart, and Cratejoy. Each merchant has very unique business needs. We can complete the actual migration of product and customer data as well as figure out logic on how to make your products and experiences work on Shopify's platform even when a one-to-one feature does not exist. Additional work and price information: Additional considerations that can be affect budget: number of products, subscription products, domain changes and/or 301 redirects to handle differences in URL structure, design changes, order history migration, connecting integrated systems (inventory, shipping, fulfillment, marketing).
