• Shopify Speed & CRO: 38 to 81 Mobile PageSpeed Score

  A UK blinds retailer had strong organic traffic but a 62% gap between mobile add-to-cart and desktop. Mobile PageSpeed was 38. I audited the full funnel with Clarity heatmaps and GA4, identified render-blocking scripts and oversized images, then rebuilt critical Liquid sections. Mobile PageSpeed went from 38 to 81. Mobile ATC gap closed significantly.

• Shopify CRO: $0 to 7-Figure Revenue for DTC Brand

  A collegiate apparel DTC brand launched with zero revenue. I built their Shopify store from scratch, optimised the full conversion funnel, implemented trust signals, and refined the product page UX through multiple iterations. • Shopify SEO Audit: 25,285 Duplicate URLs Eliminated

  A Shopify furniture brand had a severe technical SEO problem: 679 broken H1 tags and 25,285 duplicate URLs diluting crawl budget. I ran a full technical SEO audit, fixed the Liquid template issues causing duplication, and implemented canonical and noindex rules. Crawl efficiency improved significantly after cleanup.

• Shopify CRO Audit: 41 Lighthouse Score, 9.3s LCP Fixed

  WD Electronics had a Lighthouse score of 41 and a 9.3 second mobile LCP - both critical conversion killers. I performed a full Core Web Vitals audit, identified render-blocking scripts, unoptimised images, and inefficient Liquid loops. Also built a custom vehicle selector product finder to improve on-site search conversion. Results documented with Lighthouse before/after.

• Shopify Markets CRO: 38 Hardcoded Prices Fixed, CLS 0.00

  A DTC brand using Shopify Markets had 38 hardcoded prices in their Liquid theme breaking multi-currency display. CLS was 0.11, causing layout instability on mobile. I audited the full theme, fixed every hardcoded price using Shopify Money format, and resolved the CLS issues. CLS dropped to 0.00 and all currency switching worked correctly.

• Shopify CRO: 43 Findings, Clarity Data, Meta Browser Fix

  A high-traffic Scandinavian furniture brand had conversion leaks across mobile, checkout, and Meta in-app browser sessions. I ran a 43-finding CRO audit using Clarity scroll and tap data, made 87 commits over the engagement, and resolved a significant Meta in-app browser rendering issue that was silently killing mobile conversions.
