• Ohne Project — Custom Shopify store for a barefoot footwear brand

  Ohne Project needed a store as premium as its product, beyond what a template allowed. We designed the UX/UI and coded a custom theme around the brand, from product pages to size guidance. The result: a fast, robust store the team manages on its own. Services: store design, custom theme.

• Koops — UX-led store design and migration to Shopify Plus

  Koops puts user experience at the heart of its brand and needed a store ready to grow. We designed intuitive, frictionless navigation from discovery to purchase and supported the brand's migration to Shopify Plus. Services: UX/UI design, store build, Plus migration.

• Lolita Bakery — Complex variants and pickup booking for a bakery

  A Barcelona pastry shop with an on-site workshop needed to modernize its image and handle orders that don't fit a standard store. We built a custom store with a complex variant system and a booking flow for delivery and in-store pickup slots. The result is a clear, easy-to-use store. • Peralba — Minimalist custom store for a barefoot footwear brand

  Peralba is a barefoot footwear brand with a core collection and occasional special editions. We designed and built a custom Shopify store with a contemporary, minimalist design and personalized interactions that put the product first, flexible enough to feature a new edition without changing the store. • Freedas — Custom interactions on an existing sneaker store theme

  Freedas had a bold, colorful identity but a standard theme. Instead of rebuilding, we reworked the existing Shopify theme and layered in custom interactions and improvements, giving the store its own personality at a lower cost than a full redesign. • Kidsme — Custom theme built to scale a large kids' fashion catalog

  Kidsme needed a store that could handle a large, growing children's clothing catalog without confusing parents. We built a custom Shopify theme from scratch with an internal organization system that keeps browsing clear as the range grows. Years later, the design still holds up.
