Merch Kraken did an amazing job revamping my Shopify store for better conversion rates and overall customer experience. The new design looks much more professional, loads smoothly, and the structure of the website now feels far more optimised for sales. Communication throughout the project was clear and responsive, and they were very attentive to feedback and revisions. I’m genuinely happy with the final outcome and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for Shopify design, CRO, or store improvement services.
