I'm happy with the work that they provided at final result but I was disappointed in the level of micromanaging I had to do in this process. I felt like my requests of what I wanted was not properly documented initially or it was not passed on clearly to the original web designer. I had to keep reminding them of what my expectations were. After me constantly reminding them of what I wanted and asking for video calls we finally were able to get my vision implemented. I'm happy with the final results no doubt but it was a challenge in getting to this destination.
