  What's included

  Included in starting price: Need a new feature or design element added to your Shopify theme? This is our specialty! We provide customization tasks for any theme. We offer fast-turnaround, fixed pricing (no surprises), and guarantee your satisfaction. Additional work and price information: Once you send us the details of your request, we'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a custom quote for your job. Should you accept, we will begin work immediately. Assuming the scope of the work doesn't change, you will never have to worry about being charged more than you are quoted. We pride ourselves on fast, friendly service and have an expert team of developers to help you achieve your e-commerce goals.

• TroubleshootingFrom $250
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Have a problem with your store that you just can't figure out? We can help! Through our years of experience supporting our own premium Shopify themes that are available in Shopify's theme store, we have encountered, troubleshooted, and fixed hundreds (maybe thousands) of theme issues and app integration problems. If you're having trouble with some core functionality with your Shopify site, we'd be glad to spend some time troubleshooting and correcting the issue for you. Additional work and price information: For the $250 starting price, we will login to your store, attempt to determine the cause of your issue, and fix it assuming the issue is not overly complex. More difficult issues may be subject to additional fees, but we'll always be completely transparent about these fees and get your approval before doing any work.

  Included in starting price: With this service, we can help you evaluate why your site is performing sluggishly and suggest solutions. Additional work and price information: Price includes an audit of your site and recommendations for approval. Optionally, we can provide a price quote to improve site speed where applicable.

• Store build or redesignFrom $1,500

  Included in starting price: Our most popular service! We have extensive experience setting up Shopify stores for clients both large and small. We have multiple premium themes in Shopify's theme store, and have assisted hundreds of customers to build the store of their dreams. We can setup any free or premium theme. We'll setup all the theme options, crop/resize your images, optimize your site for speed/SEO, build you a beautiful home page, setup your navigation, create some products, add reviews, and much more. Additional work and price information: Price includes setup of all theme options, navigation, native shipping/tax options, Google Analytics, home page content and features (with image optimization), newsletter functionality, product reviews, contact page, colors, typography, logo, slideshows, header/footer, etc. We'll also create a few products and collections to get you started. Things like custom coding, advanced page layouts, additional product creation/migration, and custom app integration can affect the pricing.

• Store migrationFrom $1,500
  What's included

  Included in starting price: If your store is currently hosted elsewhere, we can help you get it migrated to Shopify. This can include services like setting up an existing theme, duplicating your design on your other site within Shopify, or creating a completely custom theme, importing your products, collections, blog posts, pages, etc. Additional work and price information: At the starting price, we'll help you get setup with a new theme from Shopify's theme store, setup all the theme options, help migrate up to 20 products, and more. Price varies depending on the complexity of the job, how much custom coding/design is required, how many products, pages, and blog posts must be migrated, and more. Please inquire for more details.

  Included in starting price: Need to block certain portions of your website from outside access? We can help! Whether you need password protection, to hide pricing/cart buttons unless the customer is logged in, or any other such need, our extensive coding and app integration experience has you covered. Additional work and price information: Pricing includes up to two hours of custom work. More complex tasks may be subject to higher fees. Whether you need the products added manually or you'd like to import them via CSV, we'd be glad to handle it for you.   We had a great experience with Tim from Mile High Themes. We had a difficult task, we had an existing eCommerce site at Americommerce and we wanted to find a platform that we could scale with both on the front end and the back end. We looked at a few different cart systems and developers. We were sold on the Shopify platform and Mile High Themes because of Tim's experience and hands on approach to helping customers with his years of experience with eCommerce. Mile High Themes made the migration smooth and we had plenty of time to test the new site before switching over. After the site was up and running, we made of list of changes based on recommendations from customers, family & friends and Mile High Themes made them quickly. I would recommend Mile High to anyone looking to start a webstore. Also, we loved the themes designed by Mile High, we ended up going with Showtime.

  Moving from Big Commerce, we are more than pleased with Shopify & Mile High Themes. We picked Mile High for three reasons: First, they are USA based, like us. Second, it’s a very small shop, so communication flows smoothly. Third, their ShowTime Theme has all the latest “bells and whistles”. For function and features, the Showtime theme is on par with other top rated themes. The Theme offers multiple configuration scenarios. We needed minor customization and Tim @ Mile High was timely and easy to work with. The ShowTime Theme runs very smoothly on Shopify and handles our added apps with no trouble. We are not theme experts but did our own site layout and data input. The ShowTime documentation is easy to follow and search. The few times we needed specific support, Tim was spot on with answers or insight. The easiest way to check how we are doing is compare old Big Commerce to new Shopify/Mile High. After several months on Shopify/Mile High, traffic is up, customers are commenting positively on the site improvements and the all important bottom line - last month was our best revenue month ever. We are extremely pleased on our progress and excited about the future.
