Working with Natalie at NJL on our new Shopify website has been a fantastic experience. Ours wasn't a straightforward Shopify build – as a wholesale business, we required a significant amount of custom functionality and bespoke development to support the way we operate. Natalie was on hand throughout the entire project, always available to work through challenges and find practical solutions. The end result is a website that not only looks fantastic but genuinely reflects our refreshed brand. The design is clean, professional and visually engaging, while also providing much better product visibility, clearer stock and arrival information, and a far smoother mobile experience. It has given us a platform that can grow alongside our business for years to come. As with any website launch, there were a few inevitable integration glitches once the site went live, but every issue was addressed promptly and professionally. Natalie was quick to respond, kept us informed throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We always felt well supported throughout the process. Since launching, we've received fantastic feedback from our customers, with many commenting on how great the website looks, how much easier it is to navigate, and the improved visibility of stock and new arrivals. It's been incredibly rewarding to see such a positive response. We're extremely happy with the outcome and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Natalie and the team at NJL. Her expertise, responsiveness and commitment to delivering a solution tailored to our business resulted in a website that not only looks exceptional but also works exactly as we needed it to.

Incredibly smooth. Everything from the pre work, to the framework to the finish product was such a clear and concise process with NJL. The communication was great which made it so easy for us to pick and chose what we liked and what we didnt. The ongoing support has been terrific and has really helped us have an impact on customers from going live only a couple of weeks ago. Would highly recommend!
