Contraté a Nuuktal para optimizar la página y Aumentar las Ventas pero me parece que no comprendieron mi proyecto o no se dieron el tiempo de analizarlo. Decidieron levantar campañas de marketing pero usaron un video de hace seis meses de un evento donde se publicitó más el nombre del evento que mi marca. Al yo revisar las métricas de esta campaña (que trajo aprox. mil visitas diarias a la web), ninguna agregó algo al carrito lo cual me dio a entender que no revisaron las campañas anteriores y solo lanzaron esta sin segmentar al público objetivo, así que se detuvo y decidieron trabajar en Customizar el Tema para que los clientes llegaran mas rápido a la compra pero mi proyecto es más extenso que solo vender productos, así que esa estrategia tampoco deja claro mi trabajo. Espero que esta sea una experiencia para ambos aprender pero me habria gustado lograr nuestro objetivo pues como emprendedora de un negocio tan pequeño las ventas eran para mí lo principal para continuar trabajando con ellos.
