  Relate GmbH did outstanding work on the entire brand including packaging a re-branding process, packaging concept. But mainly a lot of heart and soul was put into the UX design, which was also very important to us. Every request was taken care of and the result is a completely customized experience, including some special features like additional sales & bundles on the product page, which were noticeable immediately after launch. Optimized for mobile and with a dark mode to perfectly address our target group. I don’t know anyone who can get as much out of Shopify as relate does. The next projects are already in planning.

  For our Switzerland store we continued our partnership with relate. The task was to update an existing store with custom e-commerce elements and to create a second store next to our EU shop. Our wishes were all taken care of quickly and again exceeded our expectations. In only a few weeks we were able to start selling and go ahead with marketing campaigns for a completely new market.   We are a brick & mortar store in the center of Zurich. When the decision was made to bring our products to a growing online clientele, we quickly found an ideal partner in relate digital. The task was to create an online shopping experience, that was as close as possible to what we try to make our clients feel when they walk into our store daily. Relate created a clean but unique Shopify store and helped us migrating our POS system, which inlcuded hundreds of products from over 50 different brands. We could not be more happy with the result. The store has created a new way of window shopping for our store and has not only increased sales, but resulted in more people visiting our store after finding products they like online. We are also happy with the Shopify POS solution, which makes handling of purchases and inventory really easy. We will be working with relate in the future, to grow both our online and offline shopping experience.
