  We launched RevitaLash's UK store on Shopify Plus in six weeks, with subscriptions so customers can reorder without thinking about it. It converted at 3.6% from launch day, loads 80% faster, and UK sales went up 15%.

• Robinsons of Bawtry

  Robinsons of Bawtry had spent £50k on an Aero Commerce site that wasn't selling. We moved them to Shopify in three months and kept improving it on a CRO retainer. Conversion went from 0.8% to 1.6%, revenue grew 551%, and three weeks after launch they had more orders than they could keep up with.

• AutoID

  AutoID was already on Shopify Plus when we took on their CRO. We rebuilt the navigation, recovered lost product metadata and kept testing. Pages load 38% faster, conversion is up 9.92% and average order value 6%.
