• Elm Biosciences- Ongoing CRO and B2B Build

  ELM Biosciences needed a wholesale channel to support bulk orders from dermatologists and other medical professionals. We launched a dedicated Shopify Plus B2B expansion store with gated access, wholesale pricing, and automated ordering rules — creating a seamless, scalable experience for their professional derm network. We also maintain the store and run weekly A/B tests alongside their team.

• Lifelines - Web build and Retention Marketing

  From the founders of Melissa & Doug, Lifelines launched retail-first and wanted to explore direct-to-consumer. After launch, they saw an immediate ROI on DTC, and we've continued partnering with the team to improve conversion, sales, and new initiatives. We use that deep understanding of their voice and site goals to capture and retain customers through Klaviyo marketing.

• Woods By Jordyn - Good Luck Bag Knicks Championship

  We helped launch Jordyn Woods' site, which gained viral attention for her signature lucky orange bag during the 2026 NBA Finals — a moment that later earned a spotlight at the Whitney Museum. From build to breakout, we powered the digital home behind a brand moment that captured the culture.

• Aspen Publishing - Education and Ongoing Maintenance

  We support Aspen Publishing on their storefront, helping deliver e-books to college students through a complex product backend that manages timed access to digital content. As a large conglomerate with an in-house tech team, Aspen partners with us to maintain and optimize their Shopify instance — collaborating closely to keep a sophisticated e-book delivery system running smoothly.

• HUK Gear - Complex Inventory Across 60 Locations

  We work directly with HUK Gear's CIO and Marketing Manager to manage a large-scale retail operation across 59 Shopify POS locations. Our work includes ERP integration, custom discount logic spanning multiple sales channels, and maintaining the apps that keep inventory synced across all 50+ locations — supporting a complex, multi-location retail footprint at scale.

• Los Angeles Apparel - SoHo Flagship Retail Setup

  We helped set up a flagship retail space in SoHo, New York, powered by Shopify POS. The build included in-store pickup, DoorDash delivery integration, and custom staff-specific POS tiles — creating a seamless in-store experience that connects online and offline commerce for a major retail location in one of NYC's premier shopping districts.
