• Hey Harper Shop

  One of the areas of focus was to increase revenue per order and improve the overall customer experience. We implemented a tier logic system in the side cart. Also, we redesigned the product detail pages with optimizations and overall user experience, resulting in a higher CR.

• Gooseberry Intimates

  Gooseberry had a theme with the code issues; they didn’t have upsell strategy in place and wanted to increase their UX, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV). We performed an overall UX growth audit and implemented a upsell strategy from PDP to cart and checkout.

• Absolut Elyx

  Every step was carefully designed to increase conversion rate and the average order value (AOV), without compromising the image of such a unique and premium brand. Exclusive features of Shopify Plus were used to implement new promotion possibilities and consequently increase AOV.

• Guru Beverage

  We partnered with Guru to create a custom PDP with an interactive gallery, subscription options, dynamic related flavors, editable accordions, and global icon blocks. We redesigned navigation with device-specific menus and added cart upsells. We also migrated reviews to Stamped, doubling verified reviews since launch.

• Barry M

  The collaboration has resulted in several significant improvements to Barry M's online store, including a comprehensive update of the side cart and the implementation of a multi-stage logic system for free delivery, promo code management, and free gift promotions.

• Atelier Rebul

  We automated VAT exemption with a real-time validation system at checkout. B2B customers enter their VAT number, get instant validation, and receive tax-free pricing via a smart discount. This replaces manual support steps and ensures compliant invoicing, even with discounts. Country-specific rules are supported, creating a seamless B2B experience.
