Tracy is and was wonderful to work with! She helped me build out my beautiful site and plan for future growth with ease.

• VernellStore build or redesignJun 15, 2026

Working with Tracy was one of the best decisions we made for Vernell. From the very beginning, she understood that we weren’t simply building a website but that we were creating a digital home for a brand rooted in heritage, luxury, and storytelling. Tracy brought our vision to life with incredible attention to detail, thoughtful design execution, and a level of care that made the entire process feel collaborative rather than transactional. She was responsive, solution-oriented, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure every element reflected the brand’s identity and customer experience goals. What impressed me most was her ability to balance aesthetics with functionality. The site feels elevated and beautiful while remaining intuitive, seamless, and optimized for conversion. She handled complex requests with patience, offered valuable recommendations throughout the process, and was always willing to find creative solutions when challenges arose. As a founder, it’s rare to find someone who treats your brand with the same level of investment and pride that you do. Tracy did exactly that. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented web designer and developer who combines technical expertise with genuine care for her clients and their businesses. — Lameka Fox, Founder & CEO, Vernell

Tracy is tremendously knowledgeable about Shopify. She helped me move existing content from a non e-commerce site to a Shopify site in a way that allowed me to re-imagine how to present my brand and sell online. I'm delighted with the new website and grateful for Tracy's expertise and creativity. I highly recommend her as a Shopify Expert!

Tracy built our website and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the entire process. We worked with her from last December to this September, and during that time she guided us through everything step by step. We were overwhelmed and unsure where to start, and even when it took us months at a time to move forward, she was understanding, supportive, and never rushed us. We’re so grateful for her professionalism, guidance, and patience. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Working with Tracy Sailors to design and build our Shopify website was an absolutely wonderful experience. Tracy was incredibly efficient, delivering fast results and easily exceeding our expectations. She truly listened to our brand's unique story and vision. She translated that vision into a professional and beautiful online store. The final website looks fantastic, perfectly capturing our company's spirit, and our customers genuinely love it. Her support extended well past the launch. Tracy created helpful, detailed videos that taught us how to navigate Shopify, manage products, and update the site ourselves. This training empowers us to run our business efficiently. Tracy was simply wonderful to work with. She was highly communicative, deeply professional, and met every single deadline. We highly recommend her to anyone needing a talented and reliable partner to design and build their Shopify store.

Tracy was truly a "turnkey" partner for the design and build of my very first Shopify store. She delivered what I needed and more. Her package offerings are very clear in terms of pricing, timeline and deliverables. She worked with my brand guidelines to choose a theme to customize for my products and vibe, and had great technical expertise to set up everything for both Canadian and US sales and the integrations I needed, including my Klaviyo email newsletter. She took the stress out of a new build, and I plan to hire for ongoing updates to the site as my business evolves.
