  My job I needed done was as simple as setting up the main page of my site with categories, header, footer, links, and layout. I will list all of my issues with this company and why below. Initial agreement problem Heena, "Cyrus Webtech" refused to give an itemized list that was going on the invoice, just website design, thus I went on faith and was let down. Timeline We agreed to 1 week from start to finish. Granted I needed an extra week, its been a total of 3-4 weeks and its still not completed so I removed her from the authorized accounts to avoid issues. Communication English is not their main language being based out of India and that seemed to be used as an excuse at certain points Design I needed things done how I liked them, just like anyone else building a website let alone paying someone to do it. I needed to spoon feed every single detail, and then go back over it a second or third time. Seriously, how hard is it to set up a footer? I set up all the pages to link and had to go back over it multiple times for her to link pages, make it operational, we set 2 categories on the main page which was the same category, but why does it repeat the same products instead of list the next batch? There doesn't seem to be much effort put in what so ever. Effort When I have made a statement for a change, I get a response that she would finish it days later. When that day came, couldn't find the email. If I sent an email, she wanted to use whatsapp, if I used whatsapp, she wanted to email, if those didnt work, she wanted to use shopify. Why the run around? Reviews She has asked me for a 5 star review before the work was done. I had to be persistent to make the changes live because after a month they still weren't even live. Then just today asked me to put the old theme back up like this is a game or something. I don't normal do reviews as I don't like to bash people but this has been a nightmare. Good luck out there to whoever is reading this.
