  When UK household name Grangers approached 1HUTCH, they needed a Shopify 2.0 website to match their prestigious reputation. Their vision was clear: a sleek, modern site packed with lifestyle imagery and videos to showcase their product range in action. Alongside this, they required subscription integration and XML file creation to streamline their operations.

• Wrapper Stew

  Wrapper Stew came to 1HUTCH with a clear vision; he wanted to bring his online presence altogether in one place. With a strong following already on social media, the goal was to create a sleek, visual hub where he could showcase his work, take enquiries, and begin selling his own accredited training courses for Wrap and PPF Install.

• Love Wine

  Love Wine contacted us for a complete redesign pre-Shopify 2.0. Halfway through the project, both parties decided it would be substantially beneficial that we upgraded to the 2.0 framework, therefore giving the site and business an extra level of longevity. We utilised the 2.0 framework to create bespoke landing pages and product templates to help give additional information and benefits to users.

  Our previous website really didn’t demonstrate our brand’s 100+ year long history and expertise in shoe care and felt more and more restrictive as we tried to add or update elements. 1Hutch helped to migrate us from Shopify 1.0 and redesigned our website with more emphasis on helping our customer find the right shoe care solution for them. 1Hutch were able to give us an improved navigation to assist visitors find what they needed – from browsing by product type, what shoe material it was needed for as well as browsing by “goal” (I want to cover scuffs). 1Hutch helped to guide us through our frustrations, helping us to select a relevant theme and functions to create a site that was much more on-brand. The team were supportive and professional throughout. Since go-live we have seen a huge increase to all our KPIs vs previous years and couldn’t be happier. 1Hutch really did give our website a good polish!

  Although happy with the general performance of our website, we found that Shopify 1.0 was limiting the development of our website within its current theme. As well as updating content we wanted to enhance the user experience, incorporating new features, product information and improving the speed. As soon as we met with the 1Hutch team we immediately felt that they were the right partners for us. They took the time to understood our vision for the site and respectfully guided us to not only achieve the best experience for our customers but for us as well. Throughout the process they were communicative and helpful, suggesting ideas and different approaches to achieve our goals, to save time on the build and to ensure that we were happy with the end result. They allowed our vision for the new website to take the lead and we were able to create a much more visually-exciting experience for customers, with more imagery and videos built into the site. The added filters and categories improved the user journey, easily guiding new customers to find exactly what they need, based on product type, issue type, application method or based on activity. We have already begun to see improvements to order quantity, AOV and revenue YoY. The team are professional, friendly and efficient at all times. We couldn’t recommend 1Hutch enough.
