  Included in starting price: Our starting price is based on using one of our pre-built retail themes. Using our themes means we can launch a store from scratch and get you transactional in under 3 days! The price includes graphic design; font and colour customisation; domain setup; theme and checkout setup; advice and assistance on navigation options, collection setup and overall advice on best practice user experience for your new store. Additional work and price information: We are a full service ecommerce agency, providing support not only on development but also marketing strategy and business guidance. We'll take time to understand your business at the outset, what makes you unique and how we can keep one step ahead of the competition. We have been running online stores since 2001, no-one knows more about your front and back-end setup to make sure you're firing on all cylinders. Putting these foundations in place will be the key to making your store successful.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: Using our PACT methodology, we undertake a full review of the client's ecommerce proposition. PACT is our formula for ecommerce success, focussing on Product, Availability, Competitiveness and Traffic. Using the data made available to us and which is publicly available, we construct a view of how the client currently performs, the gap to competitors and the prospects of future growth. From this position we are able to advise clients as to the tactics required to achieve their goals. Additional work and price information: Ideally we require access to: - Google Analytics - Google Webmaster Tools - Facebook Business Manager - Other Web Analytics tools

• Custom apps and integrationsFrom $1,000
  What's included

  Included in starting price: The cost of a custom is very dependent on the scope of the works and the overall functionality required. Some basic apps can be completed in a day's worth of development others will require much more detailed work. All our apps will be fully scoped at the outset of the project to allow the client to fully understand the costs and timelines involved. Digital Cake apps will also be supported for 30 days FOC post go-live, along with supporting development documentation and training. Additional work and price information: To provide an accurate cost for the development of an app we require as much information as possible as to the total functionality the app must have. We have a scoping document that helps flesh this out and will be sent to the client upon request. We also need to establish all the user scenarios that the app will have to encounter in order to ensure the app performs as expected. We will therefore always build in user testing towards the end of the development.

  Included in starting price: Speed is one of the most important ranking factors when it comes to your search visibility. It will also be impacting your overall marketing performance on platforms such as Facebook and Google, they don't like sending their users to slow sites! The good news is that slow site speed is one fo the easiest things to fix, you just need to know where to look! We'll provide you with the insights you need to diagnose a slow site and propose a solution. From fixing image sizes to optimising your code. Additional work and price information: - Site Crawl from SEMRush and Screaming Frog. - Site Hygiene Report, highlighting any urgent issues regarding link health, duplicate content, redirects and overall site setup. - Speed Reports from: - GT Metrix & Google. • Lifting Equipment Store - Shopify migration and site optimisations

  Disliking the restrictions placed on them by their previous eCommerce platform, Lifting Equipment Store (LES) trusted in Cake’s expertise to move them to Shopify. This full-scale migration, not only gave LES Shopify's flexibility but presented an opportunity for their store to be upgraded in multiple other areas too. LES' new site positions them as one of the forerunners within their industry.

• Konditor - Shopify migration and custom-built functionalities

  London-based Bakery, Konditor, were struggling to manage their previous eCommerce platform and inquired for Cake Agency’s help to move them to Shopify. With a custom-built shipping app as a part of their move, Konditor’s new site not only makes it easier for them to run their business, but they have much more insight into the orders they receive on a daily basis.

• Snuz - Shopify migration and custom product bundle builder

  Nursery Furniture retailer, Snuz, not only tasked Cake with helping them to migrate to Shopify, but to deliver enhanced - and custom-built - functionalities that would position their business as a main player in their industry. Prioritising improvements to UI and UX, one successful migration and the delivery of custom work later, Snuz’s new site has the clean, premium look of an industry leader

• Roarsome - Shopify migration and brand uplift

  Going from Dragon’s Den to Harrods, kids outdoor wear retailer Roarsome, tasked Cake with bringing their eCommerce operations to the next level by moving them from Squarespace to Shopify. Following a brand uplift, Roarsome's new site relays the unique personality of their products in the eCommerce landscape and has given the business a more customer-friendly brand house.

  Luggage brand, it Luggage, needed help with their eCommerce store so that they could reach their ideal customers in an easier fashion. Cake worked with it Luggage to assess their brand foundations, visual identity, and how both could better resonate with their target audience. An eCommerce best practice store was then built, giving it Luggage the online home they deserved

  Buying a website and taking on a strategic partner is not something we do every day or lightly. We were upgrading from another platform and moving away from a previous partnership that had faded. We decided to consider an agency as opposed to simply a website developer. Rather than a website as an entity in itself the team at DC saw the website as part of a much bigger customer journey to include paid-for ads, social media and CRM. So we signed up for a new website as well as on-going marketing support. It is a good decision. A key goal is to deliver the website to budget and on time. We do have some customisations that are not standard and these were addressed along with the project and we launched the site on time. By way of comparison - our previous website was a year late. The net result has been a period of monthly double and treble digit growth. We now look upon them as a natural extension of our team, bringing specialist expertise in both marketing and website development. We expect this to continue for the foreseeable future.

  We worked with DC for well over 12 months on small website improvements, which were all implemented brilliantly. We then worked with DC to scope out a full new website built specifically to the criteria and needs of 304. Detailed scoping sessions & brand workshops were completed prior to getting started on the website it self. The website build was extremely good, the final outcome was even better. We are over the moon with our new website and the feedback from customers has been incredible. DC went out their way to make recommendations on what they know from experience will work.
