Featured work

• Hiho Silver

We migrated the client from PrestaShop to Shopify to create a faster, more scalable and conversion focused store. Data, customers and SEO were carefully preserved with a full redirect strategy. The theme was customised to elevate the brand, streamline navigation and improve mobile UX. We added reviews, Klaviyo and gifting features to enhance CRO, delivering a smoother journey & stronger site.

• MM Ingredients

We migrated the client from WooCommerce to Shopify to create a faster, more scalable ecommerce platform. Existing products were simplified and new imagery created, along with implementing a reviews platform and using Sparklayer to offer a seamless Wholesale / B2B offering. The result was a clean, performance-led website that is much easier to manage than Wordpress / Woocommerce

• Nags Essentials Theme Upgrade & Monthly Marketing

We migrated the client to V2 of Shopify and removed the (as was) Wordpress home page, to give the client one platform. Improved their menu structure, introduced a "brands page" and now run their monthly marketing campaign which involves blog content, newsletter creation & management, along with day-to-day management of the site and their suppliers. Sales are up 30% as a result of the change.

• Dogs Dogs Dogs Build up and Sale

DDD was originally a website that we built pre-lockdown to show clients how Shopify works. During lockdown everyone bought a puppy and the business rocketed and became a company in it's own right. Sales grew from £12k per year to £150k and the business was subsequently sold in 2024 to enable us to focus on our core business. DDD continues to thrive and be a household name.

• Equetech Migration & Store Build from ASP.net

We migrated Equetech from ASP.net to Shopify, delivering a faster, more flexible ecommerce platform built for growth. Alongside a full redesign to elevate the store’s look and feel, we implemented SparkLayer for B2B functionality and Loox to strengthen social proof, driving improved user experience, higher conversions and measurable business growth.

• Beauty by Aura Luxe New Store build

We built the Beauty by Aura Luxe site from scratch to showcase their luxury skincare and tanning collection with a modern, elegant design that reflects the brand’s premium positioning. Every element was crafted for clarity, performance and customer ease, helping visitors discover products, navigate collections and enjoy a seamless shopping experience from landing to checkout.

Rupert at We are Chain has been utterly superb in helping us get the store live and looking on point. He has made what was a very daunting process, incredibly smooth and fun! Could not recommend We are Chain more if you're looking for anything Shopify.

Working with Rupert and the team at We Are Chain has been an absolute pleasure. The entire process was smooth, collaborative, and enjoyable from start to finish. They made everything easy, and we’re thrilled with our new website. We’re confident that our traffic will continue to grow following the redesign and migration and couldn’t be happier with the results.

We are Chain is a excellent company to work with. We had a completely new website built by them, which has turned out to be a great success. Rupert was very helpful throughout the process of migrating our website from Woocommerce to Shopify. Communication was great, and Rupert has always been on hand to advise and assist us with anything we wanted to know or do , after the website went live. I have no hesitation in recommending We are Chain
