  Included in starting price: Visual analysis of current site and design of home, product and collection pages on both mobile and desktop. Hi-fidelity designs presented with all the interactions and hover states with the ability for feedback directly in the designs. Standard is 2 rounds of feedback depending on the budget. Additional work and price information: The Designs & UX services we offer are: Visual Report, Data Report, Wireframes, Hi-Fidelity Designs, Competitor Report, User Testing, A/B Testing & User Experience Testing. The budget and requirements will determine how much time, the number of pages and the amount of tests carried out.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: Initially we will scope what information is required to be migrated to Shopify, including but not limited to: products & product images, customers, orders, discount codes, content and blogs. Based on these requirements we will migrate using the best methods or tools to ensure website data and content is secure and correctly setup in Shopify. Additional work and price information: The scope, pricing and timeline of the project will be estimated based on the clients time frame, data requirements, functionality requirements, integrations and the amount of redesign required.

  Included in starting price: Scope the requirements initially and then provide a recommendation on solution either using pre built connectors, middleware or building the required integration. Additional work and price information: The starting price is to use an existing connector. Through additional scoping we identify your specific requirements. This includes the type and amount of data (products, orders, discount codes etc), that needs to be migrated, the method and tools used for migration, the inputs/outputs of the systems and the frequency of data exchange.

  Koko Black is an omnichannel business that boasts 19 bricks and mortar storefronts across Australia, with stores in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. They started working with Convert Digital in 2018 migrating from a brand-only Squarespace presence to their very first ecommerce site on Shopify.

• Naked Harvest Supplements

  Naked Harvest is an Australian wellness brand founded in 2019 by siblings Georgie and Coopa Stevenson. Sharing the vision to redefine the standard of men's and women’s active health supplements, they have built a business that develops natural nutritional support and health-conscious products free from artificial additives!

• Henne

  August 2020 marked the beginning of a collaboration that would significantly shape the trajectory of Henne’s growth. This coincided with two big moves: the launch of the Henne brand alongside a brand new Shopify website. Henne chose Shopify as the platform allowed them to create a seamless shopping experience and efficiency in operations without diluting their brand’s unique identity and values.

  The 2XU team started working with Convert Digital on ongoing website management and optimisation in mid-2021, but soon identified the need for total Shopify Plus rethemes for their Australian, New Zealand, US and Canadian sites; with a focus on redesigning their product detail and collection pages to increase conversion rate.

  We have recently migrated from Magento to Shopify. Convert Digital built our site. They did a great job. We've been working with Convert for about 5 years. In this time they've never let us down. They do what they say they're going to do on time. Our new site is well spec'd for our needs and delivering solid results notably our conversion rate has improved. We had expected a significant loss in traffic due to the change in platform however, we are super happy that sales and traffic have remained solid. We have no hesitation in recommending Convert Digital.
