  What's included

  Included in starting price: We have a tried-and-tested process that we have been using for many years: We always start with an interactive prototype (Information Architecture) and detailed sitemap and product categorisation mapping, so we can all agree on the deliverables, functionality and site structure. We then create a one page style-tile which is a mini brand-book for the site, so our customer can agree on the design, fonts, image treatment, iconography, etc. This makes the design phase a much simpler process. Additional work and price information: We (usually) take an existing Shopify theme and make all the design and functional changes to the theme to make it look exactly as agreed in the style-tile phase. We help migrate products from any existing system into Shopify and setting up all the collections, tags, and filters. We then set up payment gateways, add in any required apps, configure all shipping, emails, and add all tracking pixels and add analytics. Finally we help with the switch over, managing the 301 redirects, SEO, etc.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: We regularly migrate stores from other platforms to Shopify. We have migrated stores from Magento, Nopcommerce and some very old legacy systems and custom eCommerce stores. We will usually ensure that all products can be exported from the old system along with images. Then the data is re-formatted for Shopify and we then add in the appropriate tags and categories. Additional work and price information: Costing a migration project will obviously depend on the flexibility and accessibility of the current/legacy system. Prices usually start at £1500.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: As with building a complete site, when we are customising product pages, collections, forms or support pages we ALWAYS start with a wireframe (information architecture) so we can all agree on the layout and functionality. Then we create an interactive prototype so we know how every element will work. Then we move into the design phase before finally developing and integrating the pages/forms into the site. Additional work and price information: We usually ask for copy and images to be supplied, but if imagery is required we can provide additional design services .

• Nelsons Pharmacy

  Beautiful online store for a premium Mayfair Pharmacy. Nelson’s had big plans for the Pharmacy site which began with allowing users to browse and purchase easily, and the pharmacists to prescribe and advise their customers on a personal level. Custom ‘Made to Order’ functionality needed to be rebuilt as one of the core USPs of the Nelsons Pharmacy offering.

  Eyelash Emporium is an eyelash brand for lash lovers. UP THERE, DIGITAL helped to enhance its online store with new features and updated branding. They required a solution to streamline order management, stock levels, global shipping, and professional course bookings while maintaining consistency and user-friendliness for their team.

• Pluspets

  Plus Pets is an online pet eCommerce site. Based in Guildford, Surrey, we’ve worked together for some years on their website. As animal lovers ourselves, we’re always very excited when we get to help fill a website with great pet imagery.
